North Carolina

Diane has an average about 60 attendees per meeting. They hold 1 Saturday seminar a year and try to provide 8 CEs. Other CE activities have been offered at Carolina Medical. Visit the NC AVIR Chapter page on the new website for updates. The next meeting will be in the Fall of 2012.

South East Wisconsin

Julie Chairs the SEW-AVIR chapter in Wisconsin. The chapter has been around for a long time, at least 15 years if not more. Julie has been involved with it for the last 10 years. This year the SEW will hold a one day seminar on May 12 in Milwaukee, WI. Check the SEW Chapter on the new website.

Virginia

The Virginia Chapter is the largest of all the active chapters, totaling over 100 members. Last year they held an 8 CE Conference in November in Williamsburg. Over 80 technologists and nurses attended. This year, plans are to have the annual conference in November at the Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg, Va. Contact Rita and Chris for further details.
